Fuel Good Day is back on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and this year we're celebrating 10 years of Fuel Good Day!

For a decade, Fuel Good Day has brought Co-op members, customers, employees and communities together to support organizations making a difference close to home.

This year, Heritage Co-op's Fuel Good Day is proud to support 13 local curling clubs and the Strathclair Skating Rink, helping these important community spaces continue bringing people together for recreation, connection and memorable moments.

How You Can Support Fuel Good Day

For 2026, there are more ways than ever to get involved. Whether you're filling your vehicle, grabbing a coffee or cooling down with a Big Cool, every purchase can help support our communities.

🗓️ September 15  - Fuel Good Day

• Fuel Up: Fill up at a participating Heritage Co-op Gas Bar and we'll donate 10¢ for every litre of fuel purchased.
• Grab a Co-operative Coffee or Big Cool: Pick up any size Co-operative Coffee or Big Cool, and we'll donate $1 from every purchase.
• Fill Your Propane Tank: Need propane? We'll donate 5¢ for every pound of propane purchased on Fuel Good Day.

🗓️ September 9 - 15 

• Get an Extreme Car Wash: Purchase an Extreme Car Wash from September 9–15, and $2 from every purchase will be donated by Turtle Wax.
• Put Your Name on Our Wall: Visit any Heritage Co-op Gas Bar, Food Store or Home Centre and make a donation of at least $2 to receive a Fuel Good Day donation recognition card. Add your name and help us fill our walls with the names of community members supporting local curling clubs and the Strathclair Skating Rink.

How else can I support Fuel Good Day?
Customers can support the campaign through Co-operative Coffee and Big Cool purchases, propane purchases, Extreme Car Wash purchases and Fuel Good Day window-cling donations.

Can I receive a tax receipt for my Fuel Good Day donation?
No. Tax receipts are not available for donations or purchases made as part of Fuel Good Day. This includes donations made for Fuel Good Day donation recognition cards and contributions generated through eligible fuel, Co-operative Coffee, Big Cool, propane and Extreme Car Wash purchases.
