Heritage Co-op’s Minnedosa Food Store Recognized Among Canada's Best Independent Grocers

Heritage Co-op is proud to announce that its Minnedosa Food Store has been recognized among Canada's top independent grocery retailers, earning both the Regional Award for Top Scoring Medium Format Store across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, and a Bronze National Award in the Medium Store Format category at the 64th Canadian Independent Grocer of the Year Awards.

Presented annually by the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers (CFIG), the Independent Grocer of the Year Awards recognize excellence in customer service, operations, merchandising, store presentation, community involvement, and overall retail performance.

The dual recognition places Heritage Co-op's Minnedosa Food Store among the top-performing independent grocery stores in Canada and highlights the dedication of the team members who serve customers and the community every day.

For me personally, this is the equivalent of winning the Stanley Cup. I couldn't be prouder of what our team has accomplished together."

Lori Pollon, Food Division Manager, credited the achievement to the entire store team.
