We are pleased to introduce our new Chief Executive Officer, Leanne DeVliegere.

Leanne has worked in the financial services industry for many years, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the CEO role based on her previous experience in areas such as coaching and executive leadership, strategic planning, organizational growth & development, change management, and enterprise risk management.

Leanne has extensive formal education, including an MBA with a major in Human Resource Leadership, a Business Administration certificate, and multiple relevant certifications in her field. Leanne is a creative and innovative thinker who enjoys problem solving, and her passion for collaboration, co-operatives, and community is evident. She is well-aligned with Heritage’s values as it relates to integrity, excellence and responsibility.

Leanne is a great addition to our fantastic team on December 16th. We are excited to welcome her to Heritage!
